Days 5 & 6. The most difficult so far, as I had expected. Countless hours of climbing and exercising. In the end the movement became smooth and automatic, muscles got used to constant 'torture' and the focus remained on the high level.
I am so happy that the fatigue didn't stop me from training well and completing the tasks and challenges.
I climbed at @einstein.boulderhalle.muc and @boulderweltmuenchenost with the @climbing_team_germany and had a short feedback session with this big man Danyl at @kbfreimann. Thank you, everyone!
