I had SUCH pleasure chatting with @jlogym22 on today’s new podcast episode! Since she’s been to not 1, not 2, but 3 Olympic Games, you can assume she’s very wise. It’s clear on this episode how she was able to peak at age 30 (like should I start training again?!) ?!!! She divulges her secrets for being at your best mentally & physically. She also talks about her collegiate experience, the language barrier, & why she loves being a coach at her alma mater, University of Denver... & why they’re having so much success this year! She also threw a curve ball discussing the possibility of her training for 2020!!!!! Maybe her best is yet to come... ?
