The Duke of Gloucester, Chancellor of @worcester_uni, officially opened the university’s Art House, yesterday. The building, with its distinctive clock tower, was originally designed as a car showroom in 1939.
The Duke of Gloucester, who read Architecture at university, takes an active interest in the subject, with many of his Patronages related to architecture and conservation.

The Duke then visited Worcester Snoezelen, a multi-sensory centre for people with disabilities. HRH met staff and members after touring their ‘Interactive Room’ and ‘Sensory Garden’. The Duke finished his day of engagements in Worcester yesterday at SPIN UK, who create all aspects of industrial and automotive testing.
