Jump Rope Warm Up - 3 min ➡️ Shadowboxing - 3 min (Face your partner and lightly punch each other’s gloves) ➡️ Body Weight Workout - 6 min

The circuit: 1 min for each exercise. Repeat circuit one more time.
1️⃣ Jab-Cross-Hook (combo A)
2️⃣ 10 Mountain Climbers - 1 push up (keep gloves on and use fists)
3️⃣ Jab-Jab-Cross (combo B)
4️⃣ 10 plank jacks - 10 shoulder taps (keep gloves in and use fists)
5️⃣ Jab-Cross-Hook * Jab-Jab-Cross (combine combo A and B)
6️⃣ Burpees! (keep gloves on, see how many you can do!)
? Lather, rinse, repeat!
