So I’ve been trying to do L-sit to handstand ‘without’ bending my arms and a few people suggested I use some momentum ? thanks for the tip, here’s my first send ‼️

For me, it’s a lot harder than just pressing through using my shoulders. I also tried to do the straddle version but that went miserably, probably from lack of flexibility in my quads and hamstrings. That might be a post for another time!
