Home workouts for all my stay at home parents 🏡

🔥 Video 1 -#homeworkout today using my @xbarfitness for kickbacks on the carpet 👏🏼 followed by abs, lunges with a shoulder press, abs again and finished with bicep curls to a row. 30 reps for 4 rounds non stop.

🔥 Video 2 -Sunday evening workout with Giovanni while dinner cooks. Squats and abs little G weighs about 16 pounds now so lifting him with squats is a lot lol

🔥 Video 3 - #homeworkout today using my @flyupfitness sliders on the carpet 👏🏼 full body circuit 30 reps for 4 rounds non stop.

🔥 Video 4 - I was able to get a quick 30 minute workout in today while watching TV and playing with Giovanni. It's hard with this #injury but I'm not going to let it stop me. Focusing on mostly abs lately and and glute movements I can do without putting pressure on my leg.

🔥Video 5 - Do you have any advice for moms and dads who can't get to the gym. Maybe they have small kids at home and need ideas 👩‍👧‍👦or 👨‍👦‍👦 dancing with your baby, squats with baby, abs with baby, carrier workouts or maybe stroller workouts.
