The first photo is from my honeymoon where I’m drunk dancing on a bar ??‍♀️ I had always “worked out” but it was mostly just to offset poor dietary & life decisions or work balance. I was a soft 135lbs that looked better some days & worse others. I had little consistency & after letting myself go I decided to sign up for my first completion. About 3 months of comp prep resulted an amazing initial transformation (See my past posts) ?? I was a little stick at 118lbs & 5’5? I was “happy-ish” but knew I wanted more. That body style was unsustainable for me (or most) long term & I knew I needed to put on healthy weight. I spent the next few years slowly building up to where I am today 145lbs. I was still modeling & couldn’t take 6-9 months off to simply bulk, I had to put on weight in a way that would work with my current lifestyle. Today I eat more than you could imagine, I am stronger, healthier, happier & love my results? With that being said I wanted to show you guys my personal progress over the years. It can be done! Use a 6 week challenge like mine or another program as a starting point to get you going. Having a coach that keeps you accountable & motivated goes a long way. I know I needed it when I first started? So if you’re looking to jump start your journey or change it up consider my 6 Spring Slim & Build 6 Week Program starting Mid March.
