@juno.shen is a neon artist based in Beijing and New York, whose work explores the relationship between human emotion and light. She began bending glass as a form of instinctual self-healing. Her latest project, "In Your Favour" is a collection of neon artworks based on the traditional Chinese symbols for prosperity, love, foresight, and luck. To mark the Chinese new year, LOVE spoke to Juno to find out how studying at Parsons affected her work, how she merges pop culture with an appreciation of ancient mythology and the story behind the images she created to showcase the collection.
