Peach Salsa
? 2 peaches, pitted and diced ? 1 ripe avocado, pitted and diced ? 1/3 cup (43g) red onion, diced
? 1 red bell pepper, de-seeded and diced
? 1 jalapeño pepper, de-seeded and diced
? 4 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
? 1 clove garlic, minced
? 1 lime, juiced
? Flavor God Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn, to taste
? A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Grilled Chops
? 4 boneless pork loin chops
? Flavor God Chipotle Seasoning

Method
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, lightly toss together all ingredients for the salsa until well mixed and refrigerate until ready to serve;
2️⃣ Preheat the grill (or a griddle pan for indoor cooking) to medium-high heat;
3️⃣ Season chops liberally with Flavor God Chipotle Seasoning and place on a well-oiled grate (or in the pan);
4️⃣ Cook turning once until lightly browned and juices run clear – which should be about 4 - 5 minutes per side (give them longer if they need though!);
5️⃣ Allow cooked chops to rest a few minutes, then top with salsa and serve! ?
