Sometimes, it takes a lot of time and tedious work to create STUNNING results ?

Crazy good #hairtransformation by @allison_colors who shared her process and #hairtips below ?

1️⃣ Work through the hair by taking fine slices and weaving out any prelightened areas. Use a stronger lightener on darker areas and a more gentle formula to brighten previously lightened strands. This may seem tedious (and it IS!!) but the precision of this application will minimize damage and provide a more even lift. ?

2️⃣ Now it's time for the roots! ?Go back and give each foil a slight tug to expose the root area and apply lightener to the scalp. I prefer using a cream bleach (Wella #Blondor Soft Blonde is uh-mazing!) because it has oils that protect the scalp. Bonus!?

3️⃣ Time to tone! We were going for a cooler result so I used @wellahairusa Illumina equal parts 10/0 & 8/1 for 15 minutes.

? REAL TALK...It's going to take a long time. It's going to be expensive. It's not low maintenance. BUT it DOES look awesome!! ? The key is taking the time to do it right! ?
