?? Hands up if you’d like to try this #Matcha-mazing #Matcha Cornflake Mousse created by the talented team at @テイストメイド — a very simple yet super delicious
recipe for your dessert inspiration! ✨?

INGREDIENTS
Cornflake mix: ⠀
Marshmallow 60g ⠀
Butter 30g
Cocoa puffs 90g ⠀

Matcha tea filling:
Cream cheese 300g ⠀
Whipped cream 100ml ⠀
Midori™ Matcha 10g ⠀
Cream 30ml ⠀
Granulated sugar 70g ⠀

METHOD
Advance preparation:⠀
Sift the powdered Midori™ into cream and mix well
Leave whipped cream for 7 minutes
.
1. Melt butter in a frying pan, add marshmallow and mix well while heating.
2. Add melted cocoa puffs and mix.
3. Put it in a mold and spread it.
4. Add ingredients of "Matcha tea filling" other than whipped cream in the bowl and mix.
5. When mixing, add whipped cream and continue to mix.
6. Pour into (3) and cool down until it solidifies in the refrigerator.
7. Squeeze the whipped cream and shake some Midori™ matcha on top to complete it! .
