A real Sydney institution for me: Sunday’s lunch at Sean’s Panaroma on Bondi. Shared the bright and beautiful farm plate to start: leeks, spaghetti squash, chard, radish tongues and radish slaw, cucumbers, courgette flower, courgettes, and amazing sesame-encrusted and deep-fried soft-boiled eggs; then (pic 2) honey ginger prawns; goat curd ravioli with peppers, rocket and mozzarella (pic 3); pic 4 is the poached chook with tarragon, leeks, squash, wing beans and brown rice dumplings; pic 5 is the dark chocolate and blackberry trifle; pic 6 the peach and pistachio galette with peach leaf ice cream. Great wine and great bread, too. I won’t be needing dinner!
