"After the short and scenic drive over from Melbourne in early August 2018, I arrived in Port Campbell in the late afternoon, quickly unpacked my gear and immediately headed over to The 12 Apostles. Knowing the popularity of the destination, I parked and raced over to the viewing platform as fast as I could to secure my spot facing The Apostles towards the northwest. Luck was on my side because the weather was clear and warm. Many tourists joined together in awe of the scene that began to appear before us. As the sun set, the sky erupted into a brilliant yellow glow making my first time at The 12 Apostles truly magical!" - @geoffpiperphotography
