During today's visit to @CityUniversityLondon – one of the Association of Commonwealth Universities' 500 university members – The Duchess of Sussex met students from across the Commonwealth now studying in the UK, for whom access to university has transformed their lives.
Among the students The Duchess met was Mayamiko, a Chevening Scholar from Malawi, currently studying SEN Disability and Inclusive Education at @Uni_Roehampton.
The scholarship schemes managed by the ACU enable individuals to gain the knowledge and skills to support access and inclusion for disabled people across the globe – while speaking with Mayamiko, The Duchess also chatted with fellow scholars Hilary, Ntani and Almachius in Ghana via Skype.
