My formidable and smoke-show wife @mandykarimloo keeping me on track with my goals during the tour for @bbcholbycity as ‘Kian’. Did a Chest and Bicep day (inspired by my previous session with @coburnfitness ), strength and supersets, then ended with a #hiit to keep us burning a few extra calories. For me, waking my body up is essential for waking my voice up. Amanda certainly put me through my paces. 5 rounds for time of 10 burpees, 10 prisoner squats, 10 weighted sit ups, 10 push ups. Simple and just the right amount knowing what we just did in the main workout and having a concert tonight. Although, this time we get together is invaluable and love that we share this passion together. Got to hit our favorite breakfast place too @8rocksdeliwine #exercise #fitfam #wife #mensfitness
