My mind keeps moving. Every night I asked myself, if my decisions this day were right and conscious, if my words and behaviour were ok, if I was true to myself, true to other people. Was I loved and did I love. I reflected myself. I said thanks for everything I got. Stopped my thinking and slept a wonderful dream. The next morning I woke up happy. I started with a good feeling.
