Ok, so I haven’t been doing a great job keeping up with “documenting the process” and “vulnerability,” but there are only so many gym photos I can bring myself to post... obviously I’ve been climbing/training like, erryday, and there have been good days and bad days. A couple weeks ago both my body and my brain were on a battle to see which one could be more of a roller coaster. That was annoying. I think they’ve pulled it together lately. It’s so easy to get stuck in your head, making comparisons not only to other people but to the you of yesterday, or last week, overanalyzing every subtle little thing. Woof. Music has been helping a lot, especially if it’s loud enough to drown out my own thoughts. I also didn’t want to get stuck only sharing the frustrated side of things and seem overly negative. Like, obviously there have been days where I’ve felt like I could throw a bus over a house, but also days where I feel like I’ve been hit by the same bus. ?‍♀️ Either way, I don’t have any photos from any of those days lately. I like to think it’s because I’ve been too busy training. ?
