Today The Prince of Wales carried out engagements in Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.
In Coventry, HRH toured @londonevcompany’s Manufacturing Plant and R&D Centre. The company has built the London taxi in Coventry for almost 70 years. HRH saw models spanning from the FX3, released in 1948, to London’s new electric taxi, the TX eCity, which was released in 2018.
The Prince also heard about @theprincesfoundation’s plans to restore Drapers’ Hall, a Grade-II listed building which has been empty since the 1990s. Drapers’ Hall will be transformed into a performance venue and a musical education centre for Coventry’s young musicians.
