I GOT YOUR BACK! You might see @joshualorenactor as a cast member in Transform20 but I must tell you, he is one of nicest guys with such a great soul! As we went through the journey of @transform_20 he struggled with coordination but he made it a priority to look beyond his struggle and turn it into a strength. After he finished Transform20 he went on to tackle @cizeitup. Not to get a better body but to CONQUER HIS MIND! That’s what fitness is about! Finding the internal confidence to push past the barriers! Once you do that, you’re on your way to sustainability. And that’s why I’m here! I have your back not because of a 6 pack but because I believe that you can push past those barriers when others may have given up on you! Or for some of you, when you’ve given up on yourself! NOT ON MY WATCH! So....
