Weekend Hashtag Project: #WHPmovement This weekend the challenge is to capture the world in motion, like visual designer Kyle Huber (@asenseofhuber) did with this featured video of professional freerunner Joel Eggimann (@joel_eggimann). Here are some tips to get started: Tap into the rhythm. Bicyclists on the street. Birds flying overhead. Dancers leaping in unison. Everywhere you look, there’s movement. Find the bustling beat made by humans or the elegant patterns found in nature. Follow the flow. Once you know what to capture, follow their movements with your camera lens. Where are they going? Or are you the one moving? Think about how your position can make things seem to move faster or slower, further or closer. Play with video effects. When it comes to capturing movement, video is where it’s at. Use Boomerang, Hyperlapse or the slow-mo setting on your phone to make your videos more dramatic, more bouncy and waaaaaaaaaay more fun. PROJECT RULES: Please add the #WHPmovement hashtag only to photos and videos shared over this weekend and only submit your own visuals to the project. By adding the #WHPmovement hashtag, you consent to and grant Instagram all rights to repost your photo or video. If you include music in your video submissions, please only use music to which you own the rights. Any tagged photo or video shared over the weekend with the #WHPmovement hashtag is eligible for the project and, if selected, to be featured next week.
