I wrote « So low » in studio city in Los Angeles California. It was the second time Curt Schneider and I collaborated, we had already written « down » together a couple months ago!

I had just started a relationship and it was pretty different than the usual. We were total opposite. She was older than me, didn’t drink, wasn’t really into doing a lot of activities either. But I was really into her and it made me want to try to have a serious relationship. Anyway it didn’t work out, I was still traveling all the time thanks to music and def not here enough for her. She decided we needed this to stop.
This woman not only was very beautiful, but also had the sexiest laughter and when she’d whisper things to me I was loving it.
This is what inspired us to write this song.
