Say ? to kickboxer and mixed martial artist @kingsleycrawfordofficial from east London. Kingsley began dabbling with Muay Thai and training when he was 15 years old and has since gone on to fight professionally.
He lives by an ‘all progress is good progress’ mantra and cites his teammates, coaches, students, friends – as well as his mum, obviously – as his biggest sources of inspiration.
