Tokyo downtown from the top of Tokyo Skytree, the world’s tallest tower at 634 meters. I’m a sucker for high viewpoints and fast elevators for the chance of making a few photographs. Not the perfect day today - but for the Sumida River strip of blue, the density of the buildings make Tokyo seem like the ultimate concrete jungle. What can’t be seen from this height are the pockets of green and serenity that are so much a part of Tokyo’s landscape.
