1 year ago today.... I went to Morocco to do my yoga teacher training with @yogahaven and @yogahaven_teach and having one of the most incredible and transformative experiences of my life. I got to learn more and explore this beautiful and ancient practice with my yogi sisters and brother learning from the wonderful @alliehill73 @yoginimabbs and @yogi_joe_dwyer. We stayed at the #VillaMandala by @surfmaroc who took such great care of us, created a peaceful, nurturing space for us to practice and learn as well as preparing vegetarian and vegan meals for the whole 2 weeks. I was terrified the day before I went, convinced everyone would hate me and I would end up leaving early because it was too hard... (anxiety is real ya’ll)... But the group was so loving and open and the collective support we had for one another is something I have tried to carry into my life since.
