Time is of the essence.
Every day that you put this serious issue about your Adoption Partners and declawing on the back burner, cats are being barbarically harmed and mutilated.
We really hope to get an answer from you soon,

Can you please respectfully reach out to Chow Hound Pet Supplies and PetSmart Charities and see if you can get an answer to this important question?
Will they do the right thing and only use Adoption Partners who don't condone and perform declawing?

We are really happy to let you know that last month @petsuppliesplus ​told us this, "we are in the process of updating our adoption partner guidelines for 2019 and expect that we will be working to phase-out any adoption groups that pro-actively declaw or dock/crop pets they offer for adoption." PSP told me that they should have this done THIS MONTH!
Also, please give a BIG thanks to @petcofoundation @petco ! After we reached out to them to inform them that one of their Adoption Partners, Starting Over Animal Rescue, Inc (SOAR), was offering declawing services, Petco immediately reached out to them to ask them to stop and they did.
It shows that Petco truly cares about the welfare of ALL animals and wants to be part of the solution to help us end this inhumane and mutilating procedure. Petco and Petco Foundation told us that they do not support the practice of declawing! ??❤️
