1️⃣ Table Top - 1 min 30 secs (Lie on your back and lift your knees above your hips)
2️⃣ Table Top Crunches - x16
(Hands behind your head, lift your shoulders off the mat every time you come up)
3️⃣ Table Top + Heels Tap - x10
(Head still up, tap one heel after the other on the mat and bring it back)
4️⃣ Full Plank Walk Out - x15
(Stand up, roll down and walk your hands into plank. Hold for 10 secs, reverse and repeat)
5️⃣ Elbow Plank with Slow Knee Taps - x20
(Get into plank on your elbows. Slowly tap both knees on the mat and come back up)

Repeat twice for ultimate results. 5x a week!
