My dear friend and acclaimed artist from Chicago @csicskokid created this for me and my husband, @jamesababcock. Here’s the #Tea: when you are playing a role on Broadway, especially a leading role, it is an all consuming job. No one does it alone, and I would not have survived the last three back-to-back Broadway shows - @allegiancebway, @intransitbway and @aladdin - without my partner for life, @jamesababcock by my side. All the wives / husbands / significant others / children / families make a lot of sacrifices when they love someone in showbiz: missed dinners, family events, weekends, family time, bed time stories, chores, grocery shopping trips. My friend David wanted to create a piece to celebrate BOTH OF US at the end of this @aladdin experience, and we are beyond touched to receive such a beautiful gift.
