I think I’m most nervous when I wake up in the morning. It’s almost like I need to be reoriented with my purpose. Or maybe a better way to describe is I feel like I’m a speeding train ? and I need to find my rails. They seem to disappear overnight. I’m not a person that does well without a plan. I’m like a dog that gets crazy without tasks to perform. Usually I put my feet in the bath when I wake up for a softer start.
