THE ULTIMATE ASHBA MEET & GREET EXPERIENCE! Please welcome Megan Gross to the DJA Guitar Collectors Club!! 1. How was your DJA Experience? The entire experience from the time we arrived to the time we left was amazing. I am a huge fan of DJ’s so I was extremely nervous to meet him, however it was a very relaxed atmosphere as DJ made us feel welcomed and comfortable. DJ was very easy to talk to- we discussed tattoos, music, his career, and of course the guitar. I loved the vibe of the Secret Lounge too, it was very dark and goth, which I love! I have actually never played a guitar before so I was nervous to attempt to play in front of him, however he was very patient with me as he gave me my first mini lesson including a full rundown of what each knob and switch does. It was truly an unforgettable experience!

2. How many Dj ASHBA guitars do you own? This is my first DJ ASHBA guitar and I am amazed at the quality and beauty of it. Again, not having played guitar before I was shocked at how well it sounded even when I attempted to play it- if it can make me sound good that is pretty impressive! It was very inspiring to hear DJ speak about how he poured all of his years of experience into the design of the guitar, it definitely shows in the finished product.

3. What do you remember most? The entire experience was extremely memorable, however it is a toss-up between DJ’s passion for his music and getting my first lesson from a guitar master. DJ also played a few snippets of some of the demos he has in works for Pyromantic, which are badass by the way. Listening to his enthusiasm for each piece of music he has created and his vision for the band was infectious.
4. Would you recommend the Dj ASHBA Meet & Greet to a friend? Definitely! I would recommend the meet & greet to anyone who has a passion for music, regardless of skill level. Neither of us are guitar players, however this experience has inspired us to learn how to play as that guitar was not meant to hang on a wall! We may even purchase another meet & greet in the future!
