I think about 1/3 cup. Sorry, not sure exactly how much. Deal with it! -Mix flours, flax seeds & salt together. Add egg whites and water. Add olive oil. I really do wish I measured that for you, but I forgot. I'm not going to apologize again, so DROP IT! Just add olive oil and mix until it makes everything dough-like and CALM DOWN!!! Scoop dough into one inch balls. Place then on parchment paper lined cookie sheet 2 inches apart at least because of the next step. You’re going to hate yourself SO hard if you don’t do what I say! I don’t have any bottled aggression, but for those of you who do...SMASH each ball (until it’s your cracker thickness preference), like it’s the kid who bullied you in school whose name you still remember because that bullying cut so deep! Do it with your palm or the back of a measuring cup. (*Note: I don’t condone physical violence of any kind. And the bully who bullied you was going through something and really just needed a hug) Bake for 35-45 min at 325 degrees depending on how crunchy/browned you want them. I don’t know what you should do for the next 35-45 minutes. I can’t plan your whole life!! -Wait for them to cool or eat them hot because you have the patience of a fly & burn your tongue like I did. Don’t you judge me! Definitely wait for them to cool before giving them to a teething toddler. I shouldn’t even have to say that, but there are some big dummies out there-you know who you are! Enjoy!
