In the gymnastics world, little girls who have big dreams are often pushed to the extreme to accomplish those goals- even beyond some of the basic needs of a kid: happiness & joy. @Katelyn_Ohashi tells her story of finding the joy in gymnastics again and the journey she took to get there mentally & physically on this episode of the I Have Cool Friends Podcast. Although her floor routine went viral & has turned the heads of celebrities, politicians, athletes, etc., she plans to make an even bigger statement when she graduates. I’m personally inspired by Kate’s perspective & vision for the future, so I hope you will be too.
