So last Tuesday night I had the supreme honor of presenting the #NationalBoardOfReview award for #BestAnimatedFeature to my dear Brad Bird for #Incredibles2.

It was a storybook kind of night. Glamorous. Inspiring. I watched @williegeist and @trevornoah be brilliant and political and perfect in person. Steven Spielberg made Bradly Cooper tear up. I gave @awkwafina a high five. She’s so dope. And I got to do it all in this insanely beautiful @ザックポーゼン gown. @kentshire jewels. An @edie_parker bag. Talk about a pinch me evening.

Then last night, I spent twenty minutes on one knee, cleaning up piles of dog vomit in my house, whilst wearing sweatpants and a PMS-break-out-fighting charcoal face mask... so. What a difference a week makes.
