I need a goal in order to be psyched to train!
That is something I learned in the past weeks. In the last years I always had the comps that got me motivated to train hard, but now?
Without a certain goal, training seams useless and the motivation is low.
I realised I have to decide what I'm training for and I did. I want to try and climb a 5.14 trad route this year!
