2019 vs. 2007

That 2007 photo was taken in Kentucky while I was recording guest vocals on the Chiodos “Bone Palace Ballet” album. It really feels like a lifetime ago. The stories, the life I’ve experienced in that timespan, it honestly blows my mind. Through some of those moments, I question how I’m still alive. But, I can tell you this — I’m grateful everyday to be alive. Through the ugly, negative, terrible things I’ve experienced, I wouldn’t change a single thing. And for all the negative shit I’ve gone through, I could never overlook all the positive that has changed my life for the better, too.

It’s important not to dwell on the past, but it’s still significant. It’s fun making a side by side like this & looking back a bit. Much love ✌?
