Finishing off a portrait commission this week. Will post some pics soon. 😊🖌📷 And for those who are perplexed by what I’m sitting on, yes, I have a crazy chair! 😁 IT IS AMAZING and has totally changed my studio game 🙀. It’s called a #HgCapisco and it packs some crazy Scandinavian artist-friendly ergo voodoo! You can sit on it about 7 dif ways (my fave for painting is backwards like this). It goes low enough for drafting desk work and so high that I can essentially sit at standing height for wall/easel work. I’ve been using it for a few months now and it still blows my mind 🤯. No more arm/shoulder/leg/back fatigue after 8-12hr days working on 200hr+ paintings. Sitting backwards with the tilt unlocked and the back raised so the arms (more like wings) become padded elbows rests it kinda feels like being cradled in the BFG’s hand 🤲🏼(without the whizpops 😂). It’s just SO COOL. The ultimate artist’s chair, especially for those who spend hours and hours on detail work like I do. 🤓 I bought mine from @offiscape in Brisbane (they were awesome) but wherever you are in the world you should be able to try one out at your nearest ergonomic/design-oriented office furniture store. #art #chairlove #hg #hagcapisco #artstudio
