We're not going to lie, at first we thought the Instant Pot might just be another gimmicky appliance. ?‍♀️ We've already been convinced otherwise (see: butter chicken, weeknight chili, and soy ginger pork noodles for evidence), but these beer-braised short ribs with mint sauce really sealed the deal. ? And it's not just because the electric pressure cooker winds down the laborious cook time of oven-braised beef short ribs from 3 hours to a mere 40 minutes.
