Simply prepare a matcha ‘base’ by mixing 1-2g of our Meiko™ matcha with 50ml warm water ?, then add it to your liquid of choice. For matcha latte, we recommend using 2g of our Meiko™ matcha, 50ml water, sweetener of choice (optional), then add 100-150ml of milk/non-dairy alternative ? to prepare your favorite matcha latte!

Our Meiko grade matcha has an excellent balance between the vibrant green colour, refreshing ‘ooika’ fragrance ?, and rich matcha flavour ?. It’s also milled in the traditional way with a granite stone grinder to ensure a finer grind and a smooth mouthfeel (average particle size of 8 microns) for all your matcha-based drinks.
