We recently commissioned our second mural called "One Ocean, One People" in San Jose, CA as part of @PowWowSanJose. The 15-feet-tall by 22-feet-wide mural was painted by Cory Taum (@kamehana_o_kala), a Native Hawaiian artist who has dedicated his career to the mo‘ōlelo (storytelling) of Pacific Islanders.
In conjunction with the live painting, our community service volunteer group, #TeamKokua, teamed up with @coyotecreeksj to help remove debris and trash from a part of the creek that was heavily impacted by flooding last year.
