Dear friends living or searching refuge in Lebanon,
While I’m occupied with training in the gym, eating and sleeping well in order to perform and spending time skiing with my friends, you’re dealing with real problems in life.

A big storm has arrived in the Middle East and thousand of refugees are living a nightmare.

Dear climbing community, I know Christmas is over and that were all complaining because we have to pay taxes and other bills coming up in January.
I feel deeply affected that my Syrian friends, Medyan, Mohammad, Khalid, Ahmad, Majd and Mimo, I met during my work with @climbaid are there and badly hope that we can do some other climbing sessions together on the Rolling Rock in the near future!

Social media’s are an easy way to communicate and to influence. But I also act. My personal donation is going to make a difference for the victims.
