Located 45 minutes from #Launceston in @northerntasmania, #BridestoweLavender is the world's largest privately owned lavender estate. Make sure you treat yourself to their signature range of lavender ice creams at the onsite Woodcroft Café, and, of course, take home some lavender flower honey as souvenirs.
