She was burned with oil, found in front of a house on the street with her puppies. We rescued them this morning, as we went to transport a dog to our Foundation that had been attacked by a machete.

The back of the mother’s skin is burnt, has an open laceration by her ear and on her body. She and her puppies have mange. One in extremely poor condition limping and struggling to walk, but will be okay.
