Ingredients:⠀
?5 cups - cauliflower florets⠀
?1 cup - cheddar cheese⠀
?1 large - egg, lightly beaten⠀
?1 teaspoon - Flavorgod Himalayan salt⠀
?1 1/2 tbsp - Flavorgod Ranch⠀

Directions:⠀
•Preheat oven to 450 F⠀
•Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper⠀
•Place cauliflower in a food processor, Process until finely grated⠀
•place in oven for 8 minutes⠀
•Let cool slightly⠀
•Transfer cauliflower to a kitchen towel or cheese cloth and wring out excess moisture. Empty bowl of water / moisture.⠀
•Return cauliflower to bowl and stir in cheddar, egg, and both Flavorgod flavors until thoroughly combined⠀
•Place a 3-inch biscuit cutter on the prepared baking sheet⠀
•Fill the cutter with about 1/4 cup of the batter, leaving about 1 inch between each one, until you have 8 “muffins”⠀
•Bake until browned and crispy around the edges (about 25 minutes)⠀
•Serve with your favorite toppings in sandwich form⠀
