Few VERY easy ways to reduce plastic use in 2019:
1 - ditch shower gel for soap
2 - plastic cotton buds for recyclable ones ( paper)
3 - carry reusable fabric shopping bags
4 - try buying whole sale and storing products like rice, lentils, pasta .. to avoid buying products in plastic bags.
5 - carry reusable coffee cup
6 - ditch cling film wrap - foil is better since its recyclable or Tupperware boxes.
7 - swap to companies that use recyclable packaging and support them!
8 - start a social media campaign to raise awareness. Strength is in numbers.
9 - use water bottles - avoid plastic bottles
