3rd Jan is normally a day I do something enjoyable/something new (or both). Today thanks to the advice of @holly.hill123 and what the @britishrowing do in training I thought I'd give it a try this year. 2X6k 5 min break .
First time of trying it, my legs are struggling to work properly, I cant feel my bum and I'm pretty sure at one point I was singing @Shinedown out loud. But I LOVED IT.
