I am really getting excited to harvest and cook the pink ones. Keep swiping to see the growth over the last week. The camera doesn’t do this beautiful mushroom colony justice. The 🌹 like structure of the colony is almost the identical color companies dye salmon- so that the meat the way we expect it to, instead of a grey color that is natural when the fish is on commercial salmon food.
