Australia is one of the easiest places to live if you want to stay healthy and fit!! There are healthy cafes on every corner, gyms everywhere and it doesn’t REALLY get cold enough to not go outside. Fitness clothes are accepted almost EVERYWHERE and if I’m not being bias ... it’s one of the safest places to live in the world. It is VERY easy to live a healthy lifestyle here.
