Today’s #WCW is the legendary, extraordinary, iconic Ms. Patti! @mspattilabelle is not only a 14x Grammy nominee (2x winner), 6x Image award winner and 2x Emmy nom, but she is also Godmother/Mentor/Friend to so many. I remember a time during the Kentucky Derby that Ms Patti could see the pain and unhappiness written all over my face and pulled me to the side and reminded me what I deserved and that life is too short to settle for anything less than the love and life I desire. She told me being single and having peace is better than being lonely and sad in a bad relationship. She then launched into "On My Own" and sang it to me. Y’all I FELL OUT! That's who she is.
