With it being new year a lot of women make resolutions to loose their baby weight. The programme myself and @janewakeuk have created on @iamtv.fit is designed for mothers that have recently had a baby. The programme isn’t about putting loads of pressure on yourself it’s a gentle programme that you can do with your baby at home ? it’s a programme that makes you feel good and you will loose weight if needed if you follow but it’s all about being healthy and feeling good on the inside x @janewakeuk is so knowledgable on fitness for mothers after having a baby and it’s a fun programme. We must be kind to ourselves after having a baby and look after ourselves and we all have different body shapes and pregnancy is different in all women ?
