8 years ago in Florence, my mom and I stopped our fights long enough to enjoy a perfect meal at @lagiostrafirenze... so the only thing to do today after waking up with a wine hangover was put on my most blinding horizontal stripes, go back to La G and accidentally order enough food for a Survivor reward challenge (carbonara & this schnitzel.. my Asos skinny jeans are s.w.e.a.t.i.n.g. at the seams.) What made the evening even more special was laying eyes on the restaurant’s celebrity owner and chef Soldano, who was, as you can see, the fucking best. Truly a star. Apologies for the Civil-War-era grain on our daguerreotype but honestly it’s what I’d like to remember us by #ColdMountain. Now off to never eat again until tomorrow’s hotel breakfast buffet??*baby schnitzy inside* #FlorenceandtheMichelle
