I don’t have an end of the year list but I Sat in the cold dry pure mountain air and thought through the last year. It’s Hard to quantify my best moments. Life is long and short all at once, the days drag and the years race by. Luck is all around us, swirling both good and bad- but it
Is up to us to be ready to take a swing if our number gets called. I don’t believe in coincidences but If I keep getting bumped by the universe in the same place I perk up. “New year, same me” is a tough rut. You don’t have to defeat it all at once but it does feel nice to pick up your own version of thor’s hammer - a weapon that only you can wield. No one emerges unscarred but pick it up and take a swing anyway. Drink more water, take it easy on yourself. Fear is ok because you can not really displace it... there are however words sung in a certain order than can bring us to leap anyway in spite of it.
You gotta allow room to grow into your own greatness.
Love is important. Let the spirit move you. Happy 2019.
